The pattern is hand drawn by one of Tallac House founders. It is of Mt. Tallac in the Serra Nevada Mountains just outside Lake Tahoe next to Fallen Leaf Lake. It is the name sake of our company, our family's cabin was across the mountain and we got married there. The mountain can be seen in the movies "The Bodyguard" and "City of Angels" 1998 version.
